ROKU STUFF

Not so long ago I picked up a Roku HD10000. I haven't fallen for it completely but I do like it alot. So... in an effort to support those that offer applications for the Roku HD10000 I would like to give them a bit of space here on my site for their projects.

My most favorite application at the moment is Weathersix from HERE. Weathersix is a great plugin allowing you to view local and national weather, 4 day forecasts, and more!! Check the site out for more and grab the files here.

 

WeatherSix.roku.zip is the main application you'll need to use the program.


WeatherSix_bkgnd.zip contains additional background images. Please read the "setup" guide on the author's homepage.


WeatherSix_202source.zip is the source for you friendly hackers. Have at it, submit patches, features, etc.. to the author and I will update accordingly.

If you have an application you have written for the Roku worth my attention send it my way to try out. If I like your work and you don't have the $$ for your own webspace it'd be my pleasure to host your work for you.

The biggest things currently needed are better/easier to use video and audio playback capabilities. Cool screensavers are worth consideration as well.
